By accessing or using Echo Fit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Echo Fit provides fitness and wellness information for educational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Echo Fit. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, posts, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Echo Fit a non-exclusive license to use it to provide and improve the service. You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
Echo Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Echo Fit is protected by U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/139,320, filed August 23, 2026. The App and its features are provided under license and may not be copied, imitated, or redistributed without permission. Patent Pending.
